Evaluation and Continuation


Ongoing assessments reinforce the positive effects of exercise and also provide a screening facility to gauge past and present results.
In general, we like to carry out assessments around every six to eight weeks depending on your programme and circumstances.
Fitness testing is the ideal way to set measurable goals for your personal training sessions. After consideration of the results, an
assessment will take place on whether further instruction is necessary. The training could take place for instance, once a week or
at a distance through email or telephone, etc.!
